Stress-Management Workshops
In Omega Prime's Cope Better, Work Better, Live Better one-day workshop, we define what stress is, look at statistics about stress, and discuss the effects of stress on the body, emotions, and relationships. You learn about the impact stress has on job productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Our workshop focuses on two main categories of stress-management techniques, and you have the opportunity to participate in five, hands-on exercises to help reduce the effects of stress and its impact on daily living.
We offer the following three types of Cope Better, Work Better, Live Better workshops tailored to the needs of each specific audience:
- Companies
- Jurors
- Community groups
Each workshop includes the following components:
- Description of the effects of stress at work and home
- Variety of coping techniques
- Five, hands-on exercises to reduce the effects of stress
- Free workshop manual
- Free hand-held massager for neck and shoulder muscles
Based on your particular needs and circumstances, we offer the Cope Better, Work Better, Live Better workshop either virtually or in person.
